Delivery / Self Pick-up Policy

Wedding and multi-tiered cakes can be delivered directly to your venue by professional in-house runners upon request, ensuring they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

For smaller and single-tier cakes that are generally safe for transport, we're happy to assist in arranging delivery via third-party services such as Lalamove or our trusted regular drivers. Delivery charges will need to be paid directly to the driver upon completion of the delivery.

We offer two primary ways to receive your sweet treats: Self-Pickup and On-Demand Third-Party Delivery.

1. Self-Pickup

  • Location & Time: Pickups can be made at our designated studio location during the time slot selected during checkout.

  • Punctuality: Please adhere to your chosen time slot. If you are running late, please notify us immediately. We cannot guarantee product freshness or staff availability if pickups are delayed without notice.

2. On-Demand Third-Party Delivery (Car Delivery)

  • Coverage Area: We deliver across major Klang Valley, Selangor, and Kuala Lumpur areas.

  • Cake Transport: To ensure your cakes arrive intact, all cakes are strictly delivered via car delivery services (GrabCar, Lalamove car, or our designated runner). We do not allow motorcycle delivery for cakes due to fragility.

  • Delivery Fees: Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance from our kitchen to your location and are borne entirely by the customer.

  • Receiver Availability: The customer must ensure someone is available to receive the cake at the designated drop-off point.
