All pickups must occur before closing time. We cannot accept late arrivals, and any missed pickups will be rescheduled for the following day. Please contact us immediately if you need to reschedule.

Delivery

Wedding and multi-tiered cakes can be delivered directly to your venue by professional in-house runners upon request, ensuring they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

For smaller and single-tier cakes that are generally safe for transport, we're happy to assist in arranging delivery via third-party services such as Lalamove or our trusted regular drivers. Delivery charges will need to be paid directly to the driver upon completion of the delivery.
